Our story

One castle, one birthday, a full calendar.

Up & Bouncing started in [YEAR] with a single castle we bought for our own kids’ birthday in Pahrump. The neighbors asked to borrow it. Then their friends did.

Today [OWNER NAME] and family run [X] inflatables, two trucks and a two-person setup crew out of Pahrump, delivering every weekend to backyards, schools, churches and parks from Pahrump to Henderson.

We stay small on purpose. The person who answers your text is the person who stakes the unit and walks you through the rules, so if something is not right, you are already talking to the owner.

How we work

Four rules we run on.

They are written on the whiteboard in our garage, and every crew member can recite them.

  • One text, one crew

    The person who answers your text is the person who pulls into your driveway. No call center and no hand-offs.

  • Clean or it stays home

    If a unit is not spotless and dry, it does not go on the truck. We would rather swap it than send it.

  • Weather beats the calendar

    Over 15 mph we do not set up. Your deposit comes back or moves to a new date, your choice.

  • On time, both ways

    You get a two-hour window the day before and a text when we are on the way, for delivery and for pickup.
